One would have expected that when Akufo-Addo's lawyer background is so clouded in mystery, this is the most appropriate time to clear the air. This profile of him has painted a glorious view of him as a lawyer, but it still fails to say precisely which law school trained him. The profile tells us that he studied economics at the University of Ghana, but it's completely silent on where he received his legal training. Why does that information seem to be a problem all the time?

Poor Ghana!!! We've elected someone as our President who claims to be someone he really is not, just as we did former President Kufuor. Kufuor also claimed to be a lawyer and many a Ghanaian thought he got his law degree from Oxford University, but this institution strongly denied that. Oxford University indicated that Mr. Kufuor did study at their institution, but he didn't study law there; he studied Philosophy, Economics and History, they affirmed. Yet gullible Ghanaians still believe up to today that Kufuor is a lawyer, even when he was not called to the Bar in Ghana and so failed to enrol as a lawyer with the Ghana Legal Council. Although Akufo-Addo's is said to have been called to the Ghana Bar, how he was enrolled is clouded in mystery. There are so many question marks about that. And all that he himself tells us is that his law certificate is missing and we gullible Ghanaians think that is okay. We think ethnicity is more important than anything else, when it comes to elections.

I know Akufo-Addo's supporters are going to jump on me, singing their beloved national anthem replete with terms like 'idiot', 'fool', 'stupid' 'kwasia' 'aboa' and the rest -- precisely the terms uncivilised, bush people use, people who don't address the issues at hand but prefer to insult. Yet, all the point I'm making is that we the Ghanaian electorate have the right to know the full backgrounds of the politicians, like Nana Akufo-Addo, who are leading or aspire to lead us. Otherwise, we'll remain fools for people like Akufo-Addo and Kufuor to throw dust into our eyes. They themselves would only be laughing at us for having successfully lied to us all these years. Indeed, no civilised country like the U. K. or America, would allow people like Akufo-Addo and Kufuor to get through even the primaries stage. Poor us Ghanaians!!!

Middle Temple is not a university but equivalent*to Makola Law* School affiliated to University of Ghana.
The UK Law Schools are not universitits but degree holders can apply just like Makola.

Nana was never the campaigne manager for Kuffour in 2000. He didnt even come out to speak on platform because he believed the JAK coudlnt win the election until it came to the 2. round. Kuffour and Mpiani where in the Volta Region campaigning when he called and asked to join the campaigne train. It was only then when he came out publicly to support JAK bid for the presidency.
Also it was Nana in 1998 who told the NPP then to elect a younger presidential candidate because he thought that JAK was to old. Today he is even older the JAK then.

Anyways, we are here to see and we pray for him and our country that it will be back on track.

NDC downfall was again their nepotism, corruption, arrogance and their incompetence in running our affairs. Kofi Adams, Mosquito, Koko A must resign so that the opposition can come back strongly in 2024. Bagbin, Mumuni and Amidu should take over the affairs to build the NDC from fresh. Ablakwa and Sam George should try to resign on their own before being booted out.

Every wise and educated person knows that when you attain a degree you get certificate for it. Unless you have not attended college or university before. What degree does ex president Rawlings has? He did indeed rule Ghana for 20 years. And the person who mentioned Nana to be chimpanzee and short and all that, Nana has no role how God created him. The form and shape he came. But one thing I know is he is a dedicated family man and his family and Ghanaians loveso him and that is all that matters. If over 5 million people of the country's population loves you, then indeed you are loved. He is going to be a better president and help people improve their lives and that is all matters.

I hope Ghanaians know that the country is lawless, and a country without law and order cannot attract foreign investors. I am a Christian but I despise the way some churches, many of them are using Jesus's name to amass wealth by playing on the poor which is contrary to what Jesus preached. Most of the so called spiritual churches in the country are noisy and are situated in residential areas. I believe that only the churches with enclosed structure with no noise coming out should be allowed to operate anywhere in the country. Many Ghanaians don't know the damage that excessive noise has on humans. Thanks. I wish Mr. Akufo-Addo the best and I also thank Mr. Mahama for his service to Ghana.

You've portrayed the man Nana Akufo-Addo as a capable and intelligent lawyer who has accomplished so much. But is he really? You've indicated that he read Economics at the University of Ghana and then studied at Oxford University. But at what institution did he study law? Why are you bold to tell your readers that he studied Economics at the University of Ghana but you can't similarly indicate where he studied law?

You've also indicated that Akufo-Addo entered Oxford University, but why don't you tell your readers also why he didn't complete his studies there? The truth is that he was kicked out because he failed his course. It was after his failure at Oxford that he returned to Ghana and entered the University of Ghana where he graduated with a mere 3rd Class. How can you paint a picture of someone as being so brilliant but who in fact failed his undergraduate university course at Oxford and so was expelled and then go to the University of Ghana and earned a 3rd Class?

And do we not see his track record as Attorney-General and Minister of Justice when he served in the Kufuor-led administration in the early 2000s? Are we not privy to the kind of work he did both as Attorney-General & Minister of Justice and later as Minister of Foreign Affairs? Did former President Kufuor not transfer him to become Foreign Affairs Minister because of the poor manner in which he handled his position there? And are we not aware of the corrupt activities he engaged in the two positions?

You've indicated that he was called to the Bar in England and he entered the Middle Temple. But how can that be since to gain admission there one must have obtained a 2nd Class Upper Division baccalaureate degree. Are you saying that the Middle Temple admitted Akufo-Addo with his 3rd Class Economics degree from the University of Ghana? You see, ignorant Ghanaians may buy all the positive profile you've filed about Akufo-Addo, but his educational background is too clouded in mysteries for some of us to believe.

If Akufo-Addo is truly a lawyer, why does he have a problem telling us the Ghanaian electorate where exactly he studied law? Where did he study law before he was called to the Bar in England? And in Ghana how was he called to the Bar? That is also clouded in mystery. Apparently, he went through the back door to be enrolled. This is possible in Ghana because of the high level of corruption in the country. Is it not suspicious that Akufo-Addo claims that his law certificate is missing? If that is true, are there not many ways of reapplying to the institution that awarded him the certificate for a replacement?

In the midst of all this, you want us Ghanaians to be satisfied that we have a president who is so intelligent and that he is a qualified lawyer without question? Nana Akufo-Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will for ever laugh at us for having been successfully lied to us and has climbed to the top position of the country. What a shame!

I know that uncivilised readers who're not interested in the real issues are going to jump at me with their uncouth language, but I don't care. The truth must stand at all times.

How else do you explain how somebody who got a third class in Legon can enter Law school in England of all places with its high educational and professional standards. It is not as if we don't know much about his fraternizing with drug lords as attorney general and also using his office at foreign affairs to get drug barons diplomatic passports. It takes a very gullible citizenry to believe an ex attorney general who was implicated in the shenanigans of the "donkomi" sale of Ghana's drillship and who then claims to be incorruptible. We shall follow the track of how he will fund his promises of one-village-one dam, one-constituency-one million cedis, free SHS EDUCATION, PAYING THE MONIES BACK TO THE DKM depositors, and other "pie -in-the-sky" promises.
