That is the date all contractors expect to have been paid. That is also the date by which time all teacher and nursing trainee allowances are expected to have been restored. It is also the date all DKM customers are expected to have received the refund of their deposits. Keep this date in mind. No excuses. The NPP promised and they must fulfil. Good luck .
