Single Spine wasn't a contract with anybody. You don't seem to even understand what single spine was all about and when it was even started so don't go there. The NPP should Nana should issue a statement on how every new contract will be subjected to review to determine its tenacity. Any contract that does not follow due process should be dealt with by the office of the Hamidu's independent prosecution. Any contractor that is found to have connive with the outgoing administration at the disadvantage of the nation should also be dealt with by law.

Do you remember Mr. Kufour awarded salary increase on 14% to all employees on 06 January 2009 a day before existing office to Prof Atta Mills thus placing a burden on the incoming administration.

'Deep Throat' has informed me that somebody at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and some people in the NDC government are to receive a whopping 50% of the inflated cost of the new cards as their "EXIT" benefit before they leave office on January 6th. So Ghanaians should do all they can to STOP that contract or let the new Government abrogate it when they take office.

All companies which collude with the outgoing government to sign contracts which do not go through proper procurement steps or parliament should be blacklisted and handed over to Mr. Amidu for prosecution.
