Roads constructed were able to survive for only one year and then another contract had to be awarded, why? The NDC researchers about the defeat should go round where they have constructed some roads and bridges and they will see these things for themselves. Some of us had been very worrying seeing those things happening. Nepotism and extreme partisnaship colours in public sector wasn't pleasant. Besides, tribalism in terms of employment was so much in the regime.
