The NDC national campaign coordinator, Mr. Adamu Kotokoli, could partially be blamed for the humiliating defeat of the party, in which "the NPP trashed the ruling party by about one million votes and also won majority of the parliamentary seats", as a result of the incompetence of Mr. Kotokoli and the incompetence and corruption of Mr. Mahama himself and that of all the "babies with sharp teeth' he appointed.

However, the real reason for the party's "painful defeat" is their undemocratic ways that have largely been exposed by the NPP party, and was able to block most of the channels NDC had been using to rig the elections. The world has changed so much and NDC must also change with it, and not continue to rely on rigged elections to rule Ghanaians

When people can't get jobs, water, electricity etc. His ministers were buying houses in abroad at the expense of basic necessities for the ordinary Ghanaian. Greed is the issue. Well there is no need to cry over a split milk. What is important is to identify the mistakes, then strategize to come strong next time.
