  I sometimes wonder how some of these politicians talk. A report ready is different from a report submitted and received. You have not submitted the notes as said by the spokesperson so just be specific and explain why that.

  Also, it is acclaimed you are doing appointments now that you are leaving office. What are your intentions for that. Do you want to fix people to cause confusion for the in-coming administration? NDC officials must desist from unnecessary attempts to fume confusion.

  The Handing Over notes should be ready 1 month before the Presidential Election according to the Transition Act. Why some are now ready and others not ready? If the Rulling Government for that matter NDC had complied with the same law they themself passed, then there would not have been any issue of Handing Over Notes note ready.

  These are the management issues Ghanaians were talking about under the Mahama NDC gov't which have contributed to the collapse of this country.
  As to why the handing over notes is not ready by now is disturbing. What is going on in that NDC party? It is mind-boggling.
