  The real reason for the party's "painful defeat" is their undemocratic ways that have largely been exposed by the NPP party, and was able to block most of the channels the Vanquished had been using to rig elections. The world has changed so much since 1992 and NDC must also change with it, and not continue to rely on rigged elections to rule Ghanaians.

  You were so cocooned within the protective, iron-clad barrier manned by impestuous miscreants in the name of Omane Boamah, Julius Debra, Asiedu Nketia, Kofi Adams, Felix Kwakye and others that you became so oblivious to the dying cries of ordinary Ghanaians, and subsequently conflated mere infrastructural growth with genuine development of direct impacts on the ordinary people. In the end, you were living in an ivory tower, dreaming all is OK with Ghana, while marauding thieves called Ministers continued to rob the country of its wealth. Shame on you for turning the root essence of social justice, as prescribed by the NDC, into a clique of vagabonds, thieves and imbeciles.

  You had too much trust in Asiedu Nketia,even when he was disqualifying PC,s and making insulting statements against your party founder,nobody called him to order again just before the elections he said papa J was too old to campaign.All this no one called him to order,he again called a sitting mp in afram plains a thief and that he was wanted by Interpol,you dismissed the man so why call him names?but the NDC made Asiedu Nketia a thin god.An effective general secretary can not allow 23 PC,s to go independent and to add insults to injuries he sacked them,but yet when he mounts the political platform he ll say Nana Addo has divided his party,so the more you say this the more you anger people.

  I really read with dismay what the supporters of NDC and some leaders are saying. I don't see why they are surprised they lost the election to NPP. It was clearly written on the wall that they were going to lose after the wanton dissipation of public funds with impunity by the leaders and the show of opulence and arrogance by party activists. Ghanaians are not stupid that they will continue to support these lifestyle. Look at the amount of debt they are leaving behind. Inflated cost for infrastructure and judgement debts for Woyomi and others . Young Ministers with sharp teeth who always pounced on anyone who will dare to criticize their behavior. The likes of Prof. Martey and Dr. Mensah Otabil and last but not the least Rev. Bosomtwe were victims.The likes of Omane Boamah, Koku Anyidoho, Twum Boafo, Asiedu Nketia Ablakwa, and the women who were paid to insult Nana Addo.Go to opposition and learn sense.A word to the wise is enough. NPP should learn from NDC.

Roads constructed were able to survive for only one year and then another contract had to be awarded, why? The NDC researchers about the defeat should go round where they have constructed some roads and bridges and they will see these things for themselves. Some of us had been very worrying seeing those things happening. Nepotism and extreme partisnaship colours in public sector wasn't pleasant. Besides, tribalism in terms of employment was so much in the regime.
