  I am keenly aware of the problems of this Institute and everything that this report says is correct. Apart from the attrition rate, retirees of this Institute have also had problems, grave problems with their pensions after putting in over 20-30 years of service to Ghana. It shouldn't be happening.
  It remains to be seen what the incoming NPP administration will do in terms of addressing these critical challenges facing the FORIG/FRI.
