  There will be no witch-hunt but any contract signed, any employment done, any documents doctored that is inconsistent with the legal provisions of the State would be looked at critically and if there are any infractions, corrective measures will e taken exhaustively and thoroughly.
  The good people of Ghana deserve that and they must, they should and they will get it ab initio, because per the Transition Act, this exercise that is the handing over notes should have been in the custody of the Administrator General on or before November 7th, 2016. There can be one reason and one reason only, to perpetrate illegalities on the good people of Ghana who have resolutely and resoundingly, rejected the criminal and illegal conduct and actions of the Mahama NDC gov't.
  That will not be witch-hunt but righting the wrongs and illegal conduct and actions of a rejected administration by Ghanaians working through the NPP gov't led by President Akufo Addo.
