It is sad to rekorn that the people of Eastern Region especially those in the Kwaebibirim district, where I come from, always cry fowl to the treatment Ex- President Kufuor and his NPP did to the region during it's 8 years in power. The region can boast of massive agricultural produce such as Cocoa, Timber, Oil Palm Plantations and many food crops that keeps the country's GPD ging higher daily but it is the region that has suffered most since the time of Chairman JJ Rawlings who marked them as opposition members and would never do anything there. The people of the Kwaebibirem District sterning from Kade through Asuom to near Abomosu have the worst roads in the country but they usually vote massively for NPP with the hope that at least something could be done to their roads in they cannot benefit from any other infrastructure. I'm by this short message drawing the attention of H.E.Nana Akufo-Addo,the President-elect and the NPP, to the cry of the people of Kwaebibirem District,especially, to construct a better road that can last longer as the former Kassajan Road that linked Asuom to Abomosu which lasted for about 30 years."Nea oye huanhuam dee mpopa nsa kwa" Kade-Asuom to Abomosu Road. Please, pay attention to our cry. Thanks and God bless you!
