The Ndc government agreed with IMF, which gave instructions to the elected government. Among other things, it included a freeze on personnel recruitment. This is of public knowledge. Therefore, if a leader of the transition team of the in coming government alerted its opposite number, of rumors he had heard and asked for transparency. Why should this be a matter which must require a loaded response from a retired naval officer? The rumor of recruitment in the security services is not a limited exercise. It spans the entire government establishments across the country. We may soon know who is telling the truth.

Good question. However, you and the like of many others, including Yaw Osafo Marfo got it all twisted due to a party affiliation first and then Ghana syndrome often perpetuated by both major parties. In short, Yaw Osafo Marfo is the chairman of the president-elect's transition team in talks with the outgoing government's transition team and could have laid his suspicion bare before them for clearance instead of dangerously putting it out there in the public domain speculatively.

Don't forget that Ghana now has a constitutional law dictating how the transition period must be conducted so as no fool could mistakenly burn the country down during the process. Go and read that act and come and tell us again as to whether Yaw Osafo Marfo foregone utterance were necessary or not. I am done here.

You should be asking yourself why were eight Generals killed on June 4th, 1979? How long should selling of public lands to yourselves be classified in terms of empirical data? Time for probe and you should try to destabilize Akuffo Addo government and we will see who is who in Ghana.
