  Like in many other institutions in Ghana, the thieved at GIPC are asking for a 10% share in the businesses of potential investors. The in-coming government should investigate this and get some heads rolling. They usually sit back in their offices and use the "small boys" at the front desk. I have audio evidence as proof.
