    KATH and some government hospitals have not conducted a single mortality meeting in over 20 years. At these weekly meetings mortalities for the week are discussed and lessons learnt. These meetings prevent deaths like these.

    The student has access to a telephone. If he is sick, why didn't he call his parents to come and get him right away instead of leaving it in the hands of the school ?

    The woman received a call from her son and called the housemaster who then queried the boy so the boy called his mum back and pleaded with her not to call the housemaster again out of fear.That is why the woman is so livid.

    The HeadMistress is a VERY VERY BAD..!! All the Housemasters are scared of her and there is no COMMUNICATION in the school.!!!

    May your gentle soul RIP. His mother should pursue the case to it logical conclusion because it is the negligence of the school headmistress that has caused the young man's untimely death
