  So all this time , Ghana will did not have a structure in place to prevent this kind of nonsense we've been hearing over the last couple of days. "Dibi na me ndi bi" is the mantra for all our leaders. They all know what to do to prevent these outrageous behaviors but they wont, because they all take advantage of it at the peril of the country. The leaders come to office only to fill their pockets. Shame onto you all both NPP & NDC. You are all disgusting.
