The CHRAJ boss is being rewarded for corruptly exonerating the defeated president from any wrong doing in the "Ford Expedition Bribery Scandal". And it was the vehicle that Mahama used as a conduit for transporting illegal money from Burkina Faso into Ghana for rigging expenses of the elections in 2012. If Mahama was a presidential material and an honorable man, he wouldn't have cannily imposed such a dishonest man on the new administration and Ghanaians, hiding behind technicalities such as "my mandate will only end on the 6th of January".

The next NPP government will establish National Sanitation Fund to serve as a funding source to deal with sanitation issues within the country.

To deepen the
decentralization processes the next NPP government will ensure the speedy enactment of the Municipal Finance Bill which was initiated by President Kufuor to allow the MMDAs to go to the financial markets and raise funds for their development projects. This will be done in consultation with the Finance Ministry to avoid any abuse of the Law.

The next NPP government will build a new Police Hospitals at Sunyani and Bolgatanga to serve the health needs of Police personnel.

He should have stuck with issues about his ability and competence for the job and left that the president has the power to appoint kind of talk. It was unnecessary because some will also say since the president has lost and his mandate ends on 6th of January the incoming president also has the power to sack, security of tenure or otherwise, because he lost the elections and from January 7th he no longer has the power. It ends forever and so with it, yours also ends forever until he comes again.
It was unnecessary talk and Joseph Whittal who once stood as a parliamentary candidate on the ticket of the NDC party, will not stay long as CHRAJ Boss, mark it on the wall anywhere. He will GO!!!.

All the political party are father of lies give me a break.
