Plain and simple NDC is not a political party but the megaphone of a hegemony/tribalism treacherous insidious movement of Ewes Northerners and haters/traitors of the Akan. They wooed and deceived the left wing aspirations and heritage of the Akan people but installing a few naive genuine patriots or impeccable characters like Mills to front their true criminal genocide agenda. Any nation that allows murder of the leaders to go unpunished no matter the lying propaganda justification is doomed to failure and that is a fact of history , NDC has continuously found it necessary to murder all Akan leaders starting from Kotoka's wickedness, to Acheampong and now Mills. We Akans can not call these Ewes and Northerners brothers if their most intimate desires is our destruction stemming from deep pathological hate and is manifested in their style of govt which has always been very destructive and retrogressive , be it the buga buga rawlings or the family and friends corruption/looting of Mahama. We thank Akans of the left wing inclination for showing their support to remove this criminal mafia by not excising their right not to vote and therefore leaving the NDC high and dry.They know the Akans are half right wing and the other half left wing so their calculation election engineering required that they stick to the hegemony of the Ewes and fantical islamic discrimination mixed with tribalism of the northerners and they would win hands down every election, little did they know that the ideological left wing of the Fanti speaking people and the Brong Ahafo are far more sophisticated and can not be fooled by no one forever. Next year we will see and witness the true extent of the destruction and expose with real proofs the colonization by Ewes and Northerners of the wealth of the Akans . Justice should be enforced not these fake laws that have so many loop holes that true justice in the interest of the people is elusive. We witness how thew Mahama family now have control of all natural resources including reserves of Bauxite and iron ore so frustrated and sabotaged every effort at industrialization and construction of railway networks as they did not want the people to get wealthy by adding value and exporting . Its easier to manipulate ignorant illiterate impoverished people. They snear scoff and laugh as they know these and other impediments and obstacles will seriously slow down NPP's deep desire to secure a true development for our people , yes the battle goes on and the only way is to cut these pepeni/ayigbe out of our country so we gain new independence.

It wasn't easy to stay in opposition for 8 good years. Now that we have won power, we need to be extra careful so that we don't go back to opposition again.
We need to have a lot of electoral reforms. eg, Tamale South, we need to create another constituency there. We must do enough research to ascertain that it will be in our favor.
We will build our party mainly through our regional and constituency executives.
Funds for party activities will be given directly to our national treasurer for distribution to Regional, constituencies and if necessary, to polling station executives. We will ensure that, funds allotted are distributed to various organisers, Communication Directors, youth organisers, Women organisers,chairmen, secretaries.
This will be specified and given to their various regional officers accordingly.
Regional Ministers and other government appointees will certainly not have control over funds earmarked for party activities.
Let's ensure the welfare of our party members first and beat to it that we work from the grassroots. No minister or government appointees must dictate the trend of affairs in a region to party executives. You can't stay in Accra, and then know the dynamics of the party in your region. Our first three years in government will see to party restructuring and building of modern party offices fully equipped with research and communication office. We will build offices in our strongholds as well.
Much attention will be paid to our communication department, because that's where most of the government policies will be channelled through and then enhance free flow of information. We will resource and empower our communicators. All regional Communication Directors will be given a 4by4 vehicles to aid their movement and constituency communication Directors Toyota pickups, not forgotten motorbikes for our polling station executives and communicators.
It is worth noting that, we won this year's election through our hardworking communicators. Kudos to Nana Akomea,! for his frequent meeting with the regional and constituency communicators and teaching them what to say on airwaves. I say a big thank you!
We will pay a monthly allowance to national, regional and to some extent constituency executives and make sure that our polling station executives are giving contracts.
We ignored our regional executives, constituency and polling station executives and lost the elections painfully to the NDC in 2008. We're not going to repeat our mistakes again.
Importantly, we will put our party members in all sensitive positions in public agencies etc. etc. We will put pressure on psc to interview our party members expeditiously and then give them appointment letters and OCCUPY all the positions.
Our members must identify members of the ndc in state institutions so that we can frustrate,intimidate and if necessary, transfer them to where they might not like and then they will eventually resign. We will conduct a forensic audit and put several charges on their heads so that they may not find peace to work thereby, leaving the job.
NPP, must remain strong and remain in power forever. We must kill their surrogates emotionally and spiritually. The name ndc must be erased from the Ghanaian politics.
Most of their regional communication officers are poor but very good, let's treat them with care in order to win them to our side.
Perhaps, they could join us and help us to do the damage. Politics is about numbers.
Don't let's us rush now. Every member will have his/her share of the national cake. That's is exactly what capitalism is all about. Any attempt to let them know our intentions now, could possibly spell doom for us. This action plan could start in the next few months after the swearing in of our president.

Our institutions are too weak so such idiots can get away with anything. UNLESS WE STRENGTHEN OUR INSTITUTIONS THIS COUNTRY WILL CONTINUE TO WALLOW IN MUD. Seriously attitudes MUST change.
