I helped take a loan of GHS 80,000 for a friend at a reputable bank without a collateral. They only saw a few of his produce and subsequently approved it. Interest rates were very low unlike today. We left office when the dollar was GHS 1.20 to a $1. What is it now? NHIS was working, School feeding, Capitation grant, Metro mass, Free maternal care, Mass cocoa spraying etc. Today they are all dead. All the afore mentioned were done with GHS 20 Billion. Mahama has so far spent GHS 248 Billion plus oil money with nothing to show for. Oh yes, we are ten times well off under NPP than the NDC. You will see it "fiilifiili."
