  Mahama was running the country and he is the one who brought in those expensive ameri, turkish plus other options whilst we had idle plants. People always asked why they didn't bring in fuel or repair the existing plants but that fell on deaf ears.
  There's something funny going on but I think you are following the wrong lead.Without dumsor all the expensive contracts like ameri could not have taken place for people to line their pockets. Ask your self who has a financial motive for sabotaging the suppliers and the picture you get would be different
