Your NDC will have too many questions to answer including the source of their Mahindra campaign vehicles which was supposedly diverted from it's main purpose of acquisition, the NCCE had according to the reliable sources purchased those vehicles to be used for their civic education during the 2016 electioneering campaign period, you crooks instead diverted them thinking that you can make its trail cold by cleverly destroying all the documentations pertaining to that deal. Oye is talking about purchasing 216 motor bikes! Where are they? When are they going to be distributed? Why were threy not distributed before you wrote your handing over notes?
I suspect no motor bikes have been purchased yet. The intention is to falsely pretend that the bikes are ready for distribution, so that if by the end of March, say, no bikes have been distributted, the intended receipients would think that the incoming adminustration has diverted assets that had been purchased by the outgoing government. The new government would expend much effort and resources to disabuse people's minds rather than focus on the myriad of challenges facing the country.
Why couldn't Oye have allowed her successor to continue from wherever she had reached one month before the elections, because that is what the spirit of ther constitution says? You will all be called back to answer for your folly!

It good for the government to have resources to do the job very well so far as transport is concerns but my fears and concern not to open the resources to be abused by staff as law and order is a problem in government institutions in Ghana. With no proper protocol in place, the resources will not be sustainable for long team to do the work.
Ghanaians do not have discipline when it comes to law and order in work places especially in government institutions. Measures of protocols and good governance in work establishment is the fundamental to effect quality of services to the people in need

There should be proper and strict protocol and rules and procedures in place for the use of the resources.

This measures should be across the throughout the whole distributed resources.

This is taxpayer money for the motorbikes and should be respected to use to do the job effectively.

The government of the departments of the distributed motorbikes should consider the following suggested measures,

>the responsible person and its accountability of day to day running of the resources usage

>logging of mileage of each journey to client houses. The department should approx. mileage tables.

> the motorbikes should only be used for visiting clients home and to office or visa vase

> it should not be taken home as a private use and should be made illegal to be used to carry non-employee.

> staff should be made to sign, the address and time of the usage, recorded on computer and send copies to transport manager on daily bases for monitoring.

> Monthly auditing to be ensured is taken place and queries any inconsistency

> Regular servicing of the motorbikes to be ensured.

> all drivers to have insurance and licences to ride the motorbikes as per protocol and have valid reasons to use the motorbikes on daily bases.

It's unfortunate some people are reading politics into this. I understand because of the timing of the news. I'm a District Social Welfare Officer n I can bet my life on this issue that the process of acquisition of the motorbikes started long ago (last year). It had to go through procurement process. As I'm talking to u now some of the officers have taken delivery of their motorbikes. Left with some of us. It is not only the motorbikes if u care to note. There are laptops also in the pipeline going to be given to all the DSWOs. All these started long ago. Please I'm not doing politics brethren. I'm a civil servant n I don't do politics. And please, I'm not holding the. fault for the Hon. Minister. Thank you very much
