The govt must make a law to abolish Fuel and Gas Stations as entertainment spots as it is becoming a common practice, It is a dangerous practice and a means of evading many Taxes. Just imagine a fire outbreak at such a spot?

With all the dangers that gas stations pose to life and property. It is so disgusting to find gas stations still springing up in heavy populated residential areas with no regard to any safety measure. The government must take urgent steps to eliminate this great danger of gas stations poorly positioned in residential areas.
The only way to curb these great loses that continually drain lives and property will be, reviewing the guidelines for gas station locations and shutting down those that do not meet the required standard.

It is somebody's job to enforce the regualtions that guarantee our safety
but because of corruption people turn a blind eye to unsafe practices.How can the same snake bite you twice?

For a more cost effective measure, all gas stations located in residential areas must bury their tanks 12 feet underground for safety reasons. That is how it is done in yhe western hemisphere. Let us move in this direction ...

For a more cost effective measure, all gas stations located in residential areas must bury their tanks 12 feet underground for safety reasons. That is how it is done in yhe western hemisphere. Let us move in this direction to contain any disaster moving forward and it doesnt cost much yo implemeny this change. It is enforceable. One Ghana

In Ghana we just don't obey laws and the authorities in charge don't care if ppl don't obey them. Ppl cross streets where they not supposed to, litter where they not supposed to.

Locate the gas stations at the outskirts of cities and see how far you will have to travel just to buy gas. Its is a problem of health and safety. I bet U those making noise have their gas cylinders sitting in their kitchens. What we need to do is to enforce health and safety. Train those working in the industry. Without a certificate you should not be allowed to work on the premisis of a gas station...but that us the norm.
