I am surprised at the narrow mindedness of some of our law makers. The comment of President-elect from my perspective was not for political advantage.To state the fact, ie to continue with the projects of the outgoing government should be seen just as that,and not comments that seem to depict disguised political intent by the President-elect.If our politicians begin to exercise real maturity in their outlook, Ghana I believe, will move forward in the right direction.On this note , I hope the NPP legislatures with their overwhelming majority in parliament , would exercise their independence to criticise their own government for the proper governance of our nation. Ghana needs to move forward. Such approach in governance will cause the executive to sit up and govern with diligence,commitment and probity.The party machinery should not castigate those with dissenting voices on issues of national interest.The plurality in our political debates is healthy for our nation but must be conducted with high sense of maturity. The NPP can rule Ghana for a long time if honesty and regard for the rule of law becomes the norm.

These are the some of the nation wreckers being exposed by their own hidden intentions; he doesn't have anything good to offer the nation except spew out garbage. Has he so soon forgotten what Tony Aidoo said when late Prez Atta-Mills whas sworn in? He made it clear that the NDC would not continue with NPP's projects. Asked why, he said: "because Ghanaians might say that the NDC don't have any ideas" to the chagrin of many. The NDC cancelled many projects initiated by ex-Prez Kuffour, citing funny excuses about viability of those projects towards national development; they even accused Kuffour of corruption when they couldn't even substantiate their allegation of corruption. Then this NDC apparatchik goes on air to make such loose comments. I'm wondering why he should say it; if it's not first, why do you worry mentioning it, in the first place? It's just bogus!

Prez-elect, Nana Akufo-Addo knows what he's about; he's poised to lead Ghana unto paths of great freedom and prosperity for all Ghanaians, irrespective of religion, creek, tribe ect. Nana is the people's choice and he's determined to make Ghana work again. He's honest, visionary and smart and his govt will make Ghana regain its lost glory or reputation, as the beacon of Africa's democracy.
