Mr. Methodist, please what is your definition of 'Justice'? The NPP definition of 'Justice' or the generally accepted one as defined in the Holy Bible?

Simon, your prof has always been afraid to even mention the simple word 'justice' for reasons known to him alone. Being the chairman of the peace council, he thinks just shouting 'peace, peace' would be enough to appease the people.
Being the head of a large group of Ghanaians some of whom are shouting 'peace, peace' while others are shouting 'justice, justice', it is futile to repeat the slogan of one group but ignore the other group and hope to be a good shepherd to them both.
The justice I am referring to is the commonsense one that says: "There can be no peace without justice!"

KB, advise your Man of God to learn about another word called 'justice': it goes side by side with 'peace' - in fact they are inseparable. Without one, the other is an empty slogan.

YOU COULD HAVE SAID THIS LONG AGO. OBSERVING FROM AFAR, NPP NEVER MADE PEACE WHEN THE SHOE WAS ON THE OTHER FOOT. I AM NOT SAYING THE COUNTRY MUST NOT BE PEACEFUL. IT GOES BOTH WAYS. NPP WAS NEVER A PEACEFUL PARTY AND AS YOUR NAME SOUNDS YOU ARE AN NPP SYMPATISER. I MAY BE WRONG, BUT DO YOU REMEMBER THE AGITATIONS FOR TROUBLES DURING THE PAST YEARS BECAUSE NPP WANTED TO GOVERN GHANA AT ALL COST?. THEY CALLED FOR DEMONSTRATIONS AND STRIKES AND NUMEROUS COURT CASES. PREACH TO NPP AND NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND. I PRAY FOR PEACE IN GHANA BUT YOUR ADVICE CAME TOO LATE. I PRAY NDC TO BE PEACEFUL. I DO NOT BELONG TO ANY POLITICAL PARTY BUT I AM ALSO A GHANAIAN AND WISH FOR PEACE AT ALL TIMES. WHAT IS GOOD FOR THE GOOSE, IS ALSO GOOD FOR THE GANDER. LET US PRAY FOR PEACE!!!

You are little naive in that, you do not seem to understand the tenets of democracy. Please, be schooled that demonstrations are a legitimate means by groups of citizens with a common agenda, to bring home to a governing party, such concerns. Demonstrations must of essence, be peaceful. This peace is lost when the government of the day decides to still the free expression of the citizenry and keep them in perpetual subjugation. A desperate government will use crude force on demonstrators. As happened in the Let My Vote Count demonstration. Previously, same tactic was used to kill four demonstrators in the Kume Preko 1 demonstration. The orientation of the government in power during the period the two beastly behavior occurred, is the Ndc. The party has not changed, in spite of knowledge and experience expected to be gained in governance. Does the NPP fit the tag you ascribe to it? Settling disputed electoral issues in the law courts, is a civilized means, employed by civilized entities to seek justice. About strikes, permit me to help you. During the past year or two, there have been strikes by doctors, judicial workers, magistrates, nurses, teachers, the TUC and a lot many. These groupings, have members of all political parties in their membership. You do not intend to assume, the NPP members collared the rest of the membership, to undertake those strike actions, which seem to bother you so much. The groupings have cases which according to them, need to be addressed by the government of the day. If these issues are not solved the groups will continue to seek a fair hearing. No matter who is in government.. When justice is not dispensed, there will certainly be agitations. We need peace in the country, therefore, we have to be seen to do justice to all manner of people.

Bishop, all of a sudden you remember your peace sermon? Where were you when nana addo and the Npp dragged Maham to court for 8months? promised to make the country ungovernable? Burnt down markets? Sabotaged the Mahama government and made the ordinary ghanian suffer for 4yrs because Nana Addo lost an election? What is good for Mahama is equally good for Nana Addo. In any case how will we know who is incompetent if the playing field is not levelled or better still the same? Bishop shut up if you don't want to be referred to as a hypocrite in sheep's clothe.

The Very Evil NDC Reverend. Who told you we are divided and at war? Didn't you see how peaceful the elections went throughout almost all Polling Stations, because Ghanaians were vigilant and ensured Justice was done? You and NDC plan to steal the elections did not work, that is why you are now trying to find a dignified voice. Ghanaians are smarter than think. I don't know the number of times it has to be drummed into your ears that Justice must come BEFORE peace.
