The current practice offers opportunity for the Prez to really invite Ghanaians home and abroad with proven competence and capacity as Captains of Industry to offer quality leadership to lift the Districts to prosperity. They should be required to present their plans for approval and be assessed every two years for progress. If they fail to make progressed they are immediately booted out. We have to put our brightest and the best materials at the District and sub Districts to bring quality governance to the door step of our communities.
