The Court is not a Kingmaker in this case and therefore cannot enstool or destool a Chief in a purely traditional matter.Therefore,only the Custodian of the Costom,The National House of Chiefs has Jurisdiction to decide on this case. And not a mainstream Court of "I put it to you"!. Know that, a Chief does not swallow back his words and there's nothing like apology to his subjects in this case. Sincererity, honesty,integrity, well thought through rants,etc,is the pivot of a Chief to earn respect and the authority to command /move the entire Community to do as the Chief said. That is the essence of a CHIEF. Therefore,a Chief does not utter irresponsible words,etc.
