As I am looking at JM's shirt,I am thinking about the "Made in Ghana campaign he launched on Monday 23rd November, 2015. First I thought his shirt was a Ghana-made fabric, but after a close look and a confirmation by a friend we concluded that the shirt he was wearing as shown in the picture was a Burberry designer shirt. Below was a statement yanked from John Mahamas' blog last 2 years. " In order for our nation to fully develop, we must expand our local industries. When we spend our money on Made-in-Ghana goods, that money remains in Ghana and is redistributed throughout our communities". I would have expected a leadership by example but hey, a Ghanaian will always be a Ghanaian when it comes to patronizing made-in-Ghana goods.
