If he were among the group he would have shopped it to his paymasters. It was the will of Providence which pushed the elders of NPP to take the unprecedented but necessarily difficult decision, to sweep away Afoko and all his collaborators, at the time they did. That act alone, may be said to have won the party the 2016 elections. Good riddance of bad nuts and perhaps, an indefinite separation from toxic elements.
