Ghanaians have a mindset that any project started by one government is credited to that government even if a new government takes over and complete that project. It is because of this attitude that we are all in the situation we are in today. Remember any project started by any government was funded by loans acquired by that government, which MUST be paid back by all ghanaians regardless of our party affiliation by way of 'high taxes','high fuel prices' , enduring austerity measures, etc etc. Unfortunately, this mentality of "It was NPP or NDC that started it" is destroying us, from the ordinary Ghanaian up to the president. Huge projects like "Boankra Inland port" was abandoned as soon as NDC took over. Same goes for the "Affordable Housing Project" started by Kuffour in some regions in Ghana. This is why we are all suffering as a country. Two steps forward, one step backward. All projects regardless of which government started is funded by loans that we Ghanaians must have to pay back. We should eschew the attitude of NPP started it or NDC started it. We should all grow up and think right
