  I am not condoning the practice of light fishing. What i believe is more important is for our navy to fight illegal fishing by foreign vessels in Ghana's territorial waters.

It's a complete shame and foolish to arrest thes local folks who are struggling to survive as a result of corruption and stupidity from the country's leaders.
