  This man has been so far the best IGP I have ever interacted with next to Former IGP Peter Nanfuri. His leadership skills impeccable.Very open-minded,down to earth,listening,approachable,humble and very competent when it comes to policing.The first day I called him own his phone I was shocked the way he recieved me and engaged me a conversation and the way he went about my problem even though not completed. It is my prayer that subsequent ones should follow his style in this democratic era in order that intelligence gathering will be enhanced rather than they creating heavy barricades around them that makes it very cumbersome approaching them when one has important information to be given to them.God richly bless him and his entire family.

  Prior to his appointment and with his eye on the IGP position, Kudalor commanded armed police officers to maim unarmed demonstrators in Accra among other atrocities perpetrated by unruly police officers across the country. Behaviour like these leave sour taste in the mouths of the populace and therefore make the officers 'legitimate' targets since they seem to be above the law. So it's up to Kudalor to train himself and his officers and the people would equally treat them with respect.
