Yet this thug talks about moral high ground. One of the justices who was taken away from her home in the middle of the night was nursing a baby. Rawlings ordered her to be killed. Is that a moral high ground? If only we are not cowards, we would put Rawlings on trial. Rawlings should be shot! He claimed that the reason he violently overthrew the constitutionally elected government of Ghana in December 1981 was that corruption was rampant. Ask yourself whether corruption has abated. Rawlings is an illiterate liar who should have been resisted from the onset. During g his reign, Ghana witnessed an unprecedented level of corruption. How do you fight corruption? There is only one way--that is to build institutions whose main goal is to fight corruption. During the time of Rawlings not a single person in the ruling government was prosecuted for corruption. It is fair to say that Rawlings's ministers were men of "integrity", that is why no one was jailed for corruption. To believe this bullshit would make you a typical Ghanaian. The reason why non of the PNDC/NDC members went to jail under Rawlings was because there were no anti corruption institutions. In civilized countries even the sitting president is investigated for corruption. When Kufour came to power, he was very corrupt. The NPP like the NDC looted the resources of the state. Why was the NPP able to engage in corruption with impunity? It was because there was no anti corruption institution in place. If there had been an anti corruption institutions in Ghana before Kufour took over, then he would have had to dismantle it before engaging in corruption. The fact is Kufour did not dismantle any anti corruption institution because there was none.The police and the intelligence agencies work together to fight corruption, that is what goes on in civilized countries. As a country what did we get from Rawlings? The BNI was supposed to fight corruption in high places, but it became a tool of the PNDC/NDC to harass political opponents. Rawlings is bloody minded individual whose very end would be unnatural. He is going to die a violent death. The Souls of those who fought the criminal thug Rawlings, are resting in peace. I am talking about Halidu Gyiwa and others.

He is desperately focused on preserving his image, because he relies upon external support for a lack of internal structures.
Individuals LIKE RAWLINGS with narcissistic personality disorder generally believe that the world revolves around them. This condition is characterized by a lack of ability to empathize with others(eg. his callous remarks to the BBC after Prez Mills' death) and a desire to keep the focus on themselves at all times(he loves media attention and will do everything to get one, – SUCH AS GATE CRASHING A BIRTHDAY PARTY TO COURT ATTENTION - he does not want to leave the political scene - his appearance at the NDC congress in Kumasi notwithstanding his being sidelined by the Ahwois, Tsikatas, Kofi Awoonor, HIS U-TURN IN SAYING THE NDC WILL WIN 2012 AFTER SAYING THEY WILL LOSE). For the 2016 elections, he refused to show up at the final rally of the NDC – a party that he founded. He has sought to hug the political space by allowing her wife to form her own party and at the same time have her daughter stand for the NDC. He is wishing JDM loses the 2016 election so that he can take over the NDC where he has been made irrelevant. Fact is even without his tacit support, JDM won the 2012 elections.
Now that Akufo Addo has won the elections, he is trying to lecture him on corruption. RAWLINGS SHOULD FIRST RETURN THE $5M bribe he took from General Abacha to the Nigerian people.
Narcissistic Personality Disorder involves arrogant behavior, a lack of empathy for other people, and a need for admiration(he loves the hero worshipping and superstar status)-all of which must be consistently evident at work and in relationships. People who are narcissistic are frequently described as cocky, self-centered, manipulative, and demanding(PHYSICALLY MALHANDLED VP ARKAAH, wanted to dictate to Kuffour, Mills and now Mahama) . Narcissists may concentrate on unlikely personal outcomes (e.g., fame) and may be convinced that they deserve special treatment. Narcissism involves cockiness, manipulativeness, selfishness, power motives(constant coup detats), and vanity-a love of mirrors. He was instrumental in founding the NDC and wanted his wife to take over from Mills but when the party rejected this at the Sunyani congress, he started supporting Akufo Addo. He at one time projected that the NDC would lose the 2012 elections and is doing same for the 2016. He wanted JDM to lose the 2016 elections so that he and his wife can have total control of the party. Now that JDM has lost, he will try to maneuver to assert his authority in the party but his efforts will be frustrated by the likes of Asiedu Nketiah, the Ahwoi brothers, Kojo Tsikata, Kwesi Botchwey, John Mahama, who have made money and command control in the party. These power brokers in the party will make things tough for Rawlings.

One other good example of a narcissist is the republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

It was once thought that narcissists have high self-esteem on the surface, but deep down they are insecure. However, the latest evidence indicates that narcissists are actually secure or grandiose at both levels. Onlookers may infer that insecurity is there because narcissists tend to be defensive when their self-esteem is threatened (e.g., being ridiculed); narcissists can be aggressive(beating Arkaah and slapping his ministers).
