  For how long can we Africans continue this. It's nice to get together and celebrate the new year, and anyhow. But when pastors create imaginary enemies in the minds of the people and make them feel they (the pastors) have been given the powers to protect them, it's troubling. And this runs across all the churches. I listened to Pope from St. Peter's Cathedral; he never talked about the enemies that derail people's progress in life.
