  Akufo-Addo must increase TDC budget so that the organization mandated to create Ghana's only planned city would be able to carry its work out. Aside that, every major city must have something similar to TDC. TDC has more experience in town and city planning than any organization in the country.

  fact there previous strikes or on going strikes in same year in Europe and Peru, tells you what kind of managers they have..Hope they don't control ports in USA too and slow my goods down

  they are very wicked
  taking weekends alowances from junior manager to senior manager ranges from $800 to $1200

  Correct. Most workers don't understand what the hell bonus actually means. If they don't like the remuneration they should go work somewhere else. Why stay and cause trouble? Eventually the company will either continue to attract workers happy to work for them or no one will come. Then they will adjust accordingly.. Simple.
