GTV must broadcast URTNA programs as well as american TV stations such as BET, MSNBC, CBS, FOX, Russian, German TV. Nobody likes GTV for not doing that.

3. Are there no qualified technicians in Ghana to install this so-called "gift"? Why would they want to send in experts? A Ghanaian/ Chinese Watergate in the making.
