Ghana is just copying US blindly for the RTI will they do not understand. The US citizens demanding their both Senate and House of Representative or parliament to ratify a bill that citizens can have answers to their question from their government. This US citizens wants to know if UFO exist or are we along in the universe and the conspiracy theory that goes on in Area 51 as aliens base. This is the bill that the US is not prepare to answer and not how road cost or one Embrear jet plane from Brazil cost Americans. But in Ghana it is how Mahama dupe Ghana and NDC criminal refuse to disclose the cost of projects and loans.

This man thinks he is still the president! At one instant he claims he has to complete everything he vstarted, such as making unnecessay appointments, commissioning projects which are still only visible on drawing boards. At the same time, he is commissioning the incoming president to complete all the projects he started. Is he Ghana's president for life?
He thinks by declaring that Akuffo Addo should complete all the projects he started, the people will accusev Akuffo Addo as having failed if he fails to get the money to complete the guinea fowl project, say!

The Bill as it is presently constructed is as flawed as anything can be. NDC had from January 9th 2009 to address the Bill and all it's bottlenecks. It didn't.
What we saw were all manner of stealing contracts passed in that Parliament House one after another under duress, sometimes with no deliberation being done and the terms of the contracts and these documents being scrutinized for grand theft whilst shouting with their mouths twisted "e dey bee k3k3".
Well, "e dey bee k3k3" has happened and the RTI cannot be passed until the next Parliament.
There is no consensus to pass a very flawed Bill so that is it. Let's move on.

This bill was initiated over ten years ago,why should Parliament rush and push this bill through with two days of its life?
This action of Mr Mamaha rushing to appoint officials, rushing in cutting sods, urging Parliament to pass bills, all within one month after losing the elections is very suspicious.
There is a saying that"you see the real length of the frog, only after its death".
I hope from next week on,Ghanaians will be told, the reasons behind Mr Mahama's rush.

Hmm I can't believe there are buffoons in Ghana. What is wrong if the president pleads for the passage of a bill that has been almost ready to be passed.?
