  So when are we going to pass the bill. Hypocrates. Everybody is crying out of over corruption in our public institutions and therefore asking such laws to be passed in helping holding our public institutional bodies accountable and by so doing will help a sanity in usual accepted practice of bribing our ways where it matters. That one too wahalla. I personally dont buy the ideas of hasty making decisions.this bill has been revisited several time by the same crooks at our parliament house there nothing good comes out of it.
  Is time now that we must force them even if is not best by way forward it be corrected. At least half loaf of bread is better than none.
  Ghanaians sometimes i dont understand our way of thinking. We cherish talking about problem but not look for solution.
  This man talking was one time occupied a position of human rights this human rights that but was just a toothless position.

  The passage of this bill will go a long way to help check corruption in our public sectors not only for politicians so we should allow the parliament to decide whether if is ten years or not the right time has come.
