The outgoing president should have recommended the nominees through the transition team for confirmation by the incoming president.
This suit is unnecessary as the original suit by Philip Addison would end either in a confirmation of the appointments or a reversal. Is it that you just want to be seen as an NDC kingpin? I think it's a failed gamble.
