  Not!
  
  It is inappropriate and wrong policy to use "Voting Districts" for that declared purpose.

  NANA ADDO DID NOT TAKE THE FULL OATH OF OFFICE CORRECTLY. SO TO ME HE IS NOT THE PRESIDENT OF GHANA UNTIL THE OATH IS ADMINISTERED AGAIN!
  Taking an oath of office is a serious business and nothing must be taken for granted. The spirit and letter of the oath must be fully adhered to. Nana did not repeat exactly what the chief Justice read to him to repeat. He used his own word. Even though it is English language and words have synonyms, it is not appropriate and right or the same when swearing.
  Nana instead of repeating the word 'WELLBEING' said 'WELFARE'. This makes him notthe president until he is sworn in again.

  True independence in a serious country does not come from the air.

  The Judiciary and Legislature cannot exhibit true independence until you reform that Wart-Infested Rawlings Constitution!
  
  We are pass the point of joking and benign neglect of foundational problems.
  
  Deal with that, Serious Akufo Addo Dankwa, and everything will begin to be seen as "institution-building and fortification" for Unitary Ghana.

  The Council of State must be seriously reformed or must be expunged constitutionally as it can serve as a rogue arm of government for questionable decisions and actions by the executive.
