  How long must African leaders wait to realize that the international war crime tribunal is a contributing factor to the abuse of incumbency in Africa?one of the opposition minority member who said they ll handover Yahaya Jameh to the international court push him to retract his consertions to the president elect.opposition party leaders must also learn to be diplomatic by adopting acceptable language that ll not give hint to their intentions when seeking power,they should not make it their business to arrest former leader for ICC,the court should fine a way of making their own arrest.This man was about to handover power only for the irresponsible opposition leader run his mouth in the media to spoil everything,allowing a year after handing over to arrest a tyrant like Yahaya Jameh was the ideal thing to do.
