  What evil has the man committed? Bring out any prove that he is a quick doctor. Every surgery can develop complications. There is nowhere in this world where surgeries are 100% successful. Some patients even die, and that will not mean that the surgeon or anaesthetist was incompetent.
  
  Let us stop this pull him down syndrome within the medical and dental council.

  I know a lot of young doctors and even very old ones on the District hospitals across the lenght and breath of Ghana who do surgeries like hernias, Caeserian sections, and they are not Specialists. Some even give anaesthesias un these resource constrained duty posts. Are they also classified as practicing illegally???! Or they are given Special lincences to do such operations?

  employ plastic surgeons just like anybody however. Ghana needs more medical schools. They're just not enough even by African hell West African standards.

  I think this doctor is deluded.
  If he thinks that becos he can practice medicine he can also perform surgery, then he is from another planet!
