  It should be noted that until the various governments of Africa are convinced to enact policies that will include cervical screening and mammograms in all women of child bearing age in their hospital attendance not much could be achieved in the control of cervical and breast cancer. It is sad that most women in Africa have not heard of or know what Pap test is. Your organization should encourage mass education and Inclusion Of Screening test in National Health programs.
