We do remember Busia and Victor Owusu working as we see Kuffour and Akuffo Addo doing the same.We do cnsider his motive of bringing back the good ald days of railway transport from Accra to Takoradi and to Kumasi and now we are going to see a railway from Accra to Hamile in the Upper West region. What of additional four regions being studied to open up decentralization .
