  Good airlines but not trustworthy because they keep cancelling flights at last hour and their Sheba mile services don't work as promised. very Bad management but good flights like dream liner

  I love travelling in ethopian airlines the respect and calmness shown by the cabin crew is phenomenal the flight is quick and I am comfortable.Much improvement needed at the Addis Ababa airport staff need to be trained how to direct clients to terminals .I have seen improvement there when checking luuggage the staff there are not so well trained in all this I get to my destination happy.
