(2) SANITATION MINISTRY: IT'S SAD TO NOTE THAT WE AS A PEOPLE OR AFRICANS DON'T SEE THE NEGATIVE COSTS OF OUR POOR SANITARY CONDITIONS. After he and Bawumia taunted Mahama with the devil of incompetency, the NPP is now showcasing the highest form of incompetency, first with a bundled inauguration speech, and second, with the open door policy on over-lapping ministries.

It is very funny, the guy who has been appointed as Minister designate for Monitoring & Evaluation claims he does not even know his functions, and that, he will seek clarification from the President.

What a shame.
