In addition, there are over 10,000 names of people on payroll who are not qualified qualified to receive monthly salaries since majority of them are over 60 years and have found their names on NADMO and GES payrolls. The NPP must expunge these names to clean the payroll.

No. They are not Togolese but they are jobless NDC fool soldiers who spent most of the time on radio to insult now President Akufo Addo just to discredit him. Now that Ghanaians have rejected that useless party, the party have to help them to survive. Lots of them have been sent to the National Service Secretariat in the various Districts. Sack them. When things were going wrong in NDC regime, the former Vice President said short people don't see the good work going on around them. Go through the records and fish them out. Various Municipal and District Assembly workers will assist. They should go back to the radio stations to embark on their assigned job and see if JDM can give them that cheap money. The game has not started.

If the reason was the unavailability of funds, does Mahama think that with Nana coming, funds have been poured from heaven all of a sudden, especially given that they have just gutted the national Treasury to run their desperate, monstrous political national campaign? This kind of hiring was calculated to put Nana's government and labour relations in disarray; it was simply malicious. Oh Mahama, is that how inveterately wicked you are? A dog in the manger, indeed!

Mahama reduced Governance into concert in Ghana. I don't blame him because prior to the untimely death of Mills he never thought he could become President. He never planned for it and therefore was just mislead by low grade people like Asiedu Nketia, Omane Boamah, Ablakwa,Solomon Nkansah etc.Even in just two weeks in Office look at the quality Nana has brought into Governance. Ghanaians will never make a mistake to go for NDC again.
