Dear Nana,

You talked about state resource and efficiency during your inaugural speech as the president elect of the republic of Ghana.But looking your ministries that you have announced, I do not see the efficiency of the state resource and the public purse that you talked about protecting in the sense that the ministries that you have announced since becoming the number one gentleman of our land, will be overlapping functions.

From the ministry of transport, the ministry of railways development, the ministry of roads and highways and the ministry of aviation should all come under the ministry of transport, in this way , public resources will be efficient and protected. There are more of such ministry which need to fall under one ministry.There is nothing new other than the same mistakes and waste of resource that we have seen all the time.

I am a fun of the NPP but I am not happy because as a ghanaian and ordinary man, I see more overlapping functions in the ministry announced so far, which will lead to our public purse being wasted and not efficient.
