Nana its okay to be original and creative, but you should stick to the known traditions of calling them Ministers of State designate. Effeciency is using little material or resources to maximize gains at little or no extra cost. Nana follow Obama's examples of being frugal, delibrative and thoughtful. Dip your hands into the corn dough or as the Americans will say: "dip your hands in the pie mix." Translstion: be involved in all things done by your Ministers or appointees. It means setting a good editorial group to proof read and edit your speeches before the final copy sees the light of the day to avoid mistakes. I do recommend the follwing media guys including my best pal; Ms Adadevoh, Kofi Amponsah Bediako, kwaku Rockson to be part of your Media Team. Good luck Nana.
