Who told Mahama that he is qualified to stage a comeback? The constitution allows you a second term whiles you are in office and not when you have lost and retired. So is he coming back for another retirement package? Who retires two times? The constitution needs to be interpretated properly else some of us will go to court. From my understanding he is not qualified. I don't think Jimmy Carter can ever stage a comeback to run for president in the USA. If Mahama can come back, then he doesn't deserve any retirement or severance package because that package is not given twice.
