Is it a force to create a Ministry to take care of every promise that was made? The Zongos Minister in particular would have coordination issues with RCCs and MMDAs because there are Zongos in all these areas. Are the Zongos going to be carved out and placed under this Minister or they would continue to enjoy development from the District Assembly common fund? These are but a few vexed issues that would crop up.There is no point in the President trying hard to explain because at this stage nothing anybody says can reverse his decision. The verdict would come later.
