Simple, there wasn't any theft at the harbour as alleged by Freddie Blay, for one does not go alleging for the sake it. Concrete proof is what the police needs not some empty accusations from an airhead like Blay.
I think they were just nervous at the beginning as to whether they should go ahead or waiting for "order from above" you know we are in Ghana, come on!!
