Kosh,there is nothing like 16:00 in terms or time, ok? The regular 12 hour time takes the am or pm indicating morning or afternoon. The military time does not have a colon (:) in it, ok? What you wanted to state was 1600 hrs. ...

Assuming George is in Ghana, wouldn't it have been more accurate to state 1600 GMT instead of 16:00? Catch my drift now, idiot?

There is no need arguing, the writer should have added the time. However it when time is specified as 16:00 it simply mean 4:pm. in Europe mostly people are used to the 16:00 than say 4:pm. All the same, thank you all.

You two guys don't still get it? Ok, let me try one more time. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE 16:00 REFERRING TO TIME. IT'S RATHER 1600 HRS!!! There is no colon (:) in the military time format. It's always a 4 digit plus the time zone ...

It's always a 4 digit plus the time zone. Got it now, idiots? It's wrong to state 16:00 hours, 16:00 GMT or 16:00 ET. Take out the colon (:) and your on the right path. OR, keep the colon and think of am or pm but not above 12. Eg, 12:45 am or pm. It's wrong to state 13:00 am or pm.
